Swadeshisarg sells digital products (eBooks) that are delivered instantly upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, which are made available to you immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
This is consistent with standard practice for digital products and is in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines for intangible goods in India.
Please read and understand the following before making a purchase:
Our products are digital eBooks delivered electronically, not physical goods.
Upon successful payment, the product is made available to you immediately and permanently.
Because the product is intangible and delivered instantly, it cannot be "returned" in any conventional sense.
Access to the content begins at the moment of delivery, making the transaction irreversible in nature.
For these reasons, all sales are final.
Once a payment has been processed and confirmed:
The order cannot be cancelled.
The transaction cannot be reversed by Swadeshisarg.
No partial or full refund will be issued.
We strongly encourage you to read the product description carefully and ensure the product meets your needs before completing your purchase.
While we do not offer refunds or cancellations, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for. We will fully assist you in the following situations:
✅ Non-delivery of product
If you complete payment but do not receive your download link or access email within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will resend your product at no additional cost.
✅ Corrupted or inaccessible file
If the file you receive is damaged, corrupted, or cannot be opened, we will send you a working replacement immediately.
✅ Wrong product delivered
If you receive a product different from the one you purchased, we will correct the error and deliver the right product without delay.
To report any of the above, email us at [your email address] with your order details and we will respond within 24–48 hours.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, Swadeshisarg reserves the right to:
Provide transaction evidence to the payment processor (Razorpay) to contest the chargeback
Revoke access to the purchased digital product
We always prefer resolving issues directly and amicably. Please reach out to us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
In very exceptional circumstances, such as a confirmed technical error on our end resulting in a duplicate charge, we may review the case individually and issue a resolution at our sole discretion. These will be handled case by case and do not constitute a general refund policy.
